In 2010 God radically saved and changed Brett's life.  In 2013 Brett started studying the Gospel with a group of elders. Over the next year Brett contemplated what it meant to truly surrender his will over to God.  He started praying everyday for Jesus to consume his heart, soul, mind, and every cell of his being. 

 

In 2014 Brett came up with the name Surrender Today and decided to start serving God full time.  In 2017 Brett formed and founded Surrender Today, Inc. a 501c3 non-profit Christian Missions Organization.  Humans of Surrender was birthed the same year by Brett and co-founder Adam.  Brett has two sons, Mitchell and Spencer.  Mitchell is a full-time missionary overseas.  Spencer is married with two children.  Brett is still praying that same prayer today and is committed to making disciples and building God's Kingdom.

 

Brett and the STI team are currently developing a parachurch/discipleship learning center in Edgar Springs, MO called Grace Woods.
